1. Collection of Personal Information
1.1 Definition of Personal Information
Personal information refers to any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. In other words, personal information is any information that allows us to identify you, directly or indirectly.
Within this Privacy Policy, we also use the term "data" to refer to personal information.
1.2 Scenarios for Personal Information Collection
We may collect your personal information under the following circumstances:
• When you register as our user;
• When you purchase our products;
• When you register for or participate in our activities;
• When you use our services and products.
1.3 Scope of Personal Information Collection
We may process all types of personal information, including data you and your device clearly provide, as well as personal information generated from your use of our services, specifically:
• When you register or log in, we may collect your email address, password, nickname, and profile picture used during registration.
• When you download or use the application, we may read information about your mobile device, such as hardware model, IMEI number or other unique device identifiers, MAC address, IP address, operating system version, and location information. We may also read information about your device usage through Internet of Things (IoT) applications (such as device model, operational status, frequency of use, and usage of cameras built into the device). We may also receive and record information about your conversations, audio, video, images, etc., during voice interactions with IoT devices.
• When you use bound and controlled devices, we may collect information on device model, IP address, location, and device status. We collect your current location information not to track your whereabouts; enabling location services allows us to directly obtain your location to provide you with services, such as weather services, smart scene services, and network functionality.
• When you use Internet of Things (IoT) devices, we may collect information you convey during voice service interactions, including recordings of voice commands (e.g., your questions, requests, and instructions) and information you receive from the service (e.g., responses, answers, and content).
• When using IoT devices, you can view real-time and historical video recordings captured by the camera through the software. You may also save videos locally. To enable the aforementioned features, we may transmit all videos captured by the camera to your application in encrypted form. We will neither store your video recordings on our servers, nor use them for any other purpose, nor share them with any third party.
• When you use our products or services, we may automatically receive and record information about your browser, computer, or application client, such as IP address, browser type, language used, access date and time, hardware and software feature information, and the web pages you request. When you apply for after-sales service, we may also collect your phone number and address.
• To help us understand application operations, we may use mobile analytics software SDKs. We may record information such as your usage frequency, corrupted data, overall usage data, performance data, etc. We will not associate the information stored in the analytics software with any of your personal information.
• It is important to note that device information or service log information alone cannot identify a specific natural person. If we combine such non-personal information with other information to identify a specific natural person or use it in conjunction with personal information, such non-personal information will be treated as personal information during such combined use, and we will handle such information accordingly unless we have your authorization or it is otherwise stipulated.
As mentioned above, we may store your account information in a database so that your personal data can be retrieved each time you visit our website and use our application or other services.
Your data will be stored as log files on our servers and used for analysis and research. After processing on the servers, your data will be transferred to a database.
We will regularly back up data to prevent data loss due to server failure or human error and will delete it promptly upon your request.
